Drawing on the remote screen

1. In Viewer, open Drawing and choose Pen, Arrow, or Rectangle.
2. Select a line width and drag over the remote screen. The customer also sees the annotations.
3. Use undo to correct a mistake. Select Clear my drawings to remove only your annotations, or Clear all to remove all annotations in the session.
4. Select Exit drawing or press Esc to return to remote control.

While drawing mode is active, dragging creates annotations. Exit drawing mode before clicking remote buttons or moving windows.
